Underground Services Investigation

Lane & Frankham offer a comprehensive range of underground utility mapping. All our surveys are compliant with PAS 128 Specification for underground utility detection, verification and location.

This may range from a desktop studies of statutory undertakers records (STATS) to full 2D or 3D site underground services investigations.

Utilities surveys can be procured in conjunction with a topographic survey or as a standalone service that can be plotted on your supplied topographic survey.

Where required traffic management can be arranged to allow covers in highways to be safely accessed.

Our utilities teams work closely with our CCTV teams should a combined approach be required.
